Have been putting together the RSVP, the menu and list of to-dos. Sounds like a big event? nah, it was just a simple get-together for my colleagues, well at least before i leave, will like to invite them over for a makan.
Ordered some food, cooked some, ate some. Bout 20 of them came over, current and ex colleagues, too bad Ms Zha Bo couldn't make it though, it's been a while since i last saw her.. the ever huggable girl. :)
It was the typical CNY kinda thing, they ate, drank, and gambled. oops. behind closed doors of course. As I entertained them happily, my heart was also busy thinking about someone else, and really wished he came... but i knew the news that i broke out to him, was too much to take, and i shouldn't expect his presence. I could only wonder if there'll be another chance in the future.
Most of them left only bout 7pm, after dinner, Jo & Steve stayed on to play mahjong with mom. addicted liao.. haha. but no money was involved in the progress of course... if not sure kalah teruk d.
So that was it, the get together that i wanted...
